turn off monitor

Hi all!

I have a question
I using laptop Toshiba techtra 8200 Pentium 3 & Windows XP pro server pack 2
What key I need press to turn off automatically turn off monitor every 5 min.

I had to go to the control panel\power option & choose never for turn off hard 
disk, monitor already.
