transferring my scripts?

Hi all,
I've updated my JAWS from one version to another and I've run the Merge Utility, but on my older version I have many scripts for different programs such as Goldwave, but they haven't been transferred, how do I now get the new JAWS to work with the scripts in the old JAWS folder?
