Only call JFW Tech Support if you have unlimited cell minutes, and lots and lots of time on your hands. Those of you with happy marriages need not apply-you're not bored enough to wait for a response. The rest of us guys, we are used to not getting any response, so call away and keep holding. Kidding aside, when they do get to you the service is good, and they know what they're talking about, but they jacked up my cell bill when I first got my new computer.
