systems tray

Hi everyone, I tried Joseph's method to get jaws to announce the contents of my
systems tray and it worked-temporarily. I then tried Allen's solution but on
my notification tab the only thing that was there was the clock so there waws
nothing to uncheck and I just kept tabbing to hear a repeat of all the tabs.
Is there another way to get jaws to announce the content of my systems tray? I
am working jaws 7.1 on a windows xp system. Thanks, Judith
