subscribing to JFW list problem

James and Bruce:

A friend of mine named Lowell (boris67@xxxxxxxxx) has tried several times to 
subscribe to the JFW Users list, but never receives a confirmation nor any JFW 
list messages. Both he and I have sent messages to the jfw-admins@xxxxxxxxxxxxx 
but have not gotten any response. Could you please look into this?
