Concerning opening attachments, isn't it Insert A? It has always been that
way even with the older versions of jaws. Has that changed now?

Subject: stuck again
Dear list, using desktop win7,Office 7, I find I am often stuck in an open
dialogue box and unable to get out fast please which are the best key
strokes to use to close a dialogue box my xp laptop using Jaws 11 does not
do this, I am sure it must be my fault but any
advise would come in handy Incidentally opening attachments in win 7
office 7 is quite a palaver, on desktop on xp Jaws 11 Outlook express is
very simple, I am comparing them on same attachment so like with like
thanks Dorothy
