I've run hot key detective, and the hot key is gone. It went away when I uninstalled version 7. I check all of the program entries, and jfw 7 is completely off the system. The problems that Laura described in a previous message, I had already tried. No success. Thanks.

Regarding Jaws 8.0 hot key.Could you still have that hot key assigned to an earlier version of Jaws and you did not remove it?Just a thought.
