Al, this is what I have been able to figure out about the detailed description button. When you are on an individual item in the list, go to the actions menu with alt A, enter on context menu, then enter on more details. (Or you can press the windows application key on an item and choose more details). Then enter on jump to location. Now it depends on what it was. For example if it is a file, it will take you to that file on your hard drive. If it was a registry change it will take you to that entry in your registry. Now this is where that pop up window seems to occur with the description of what it is if it has more details about it. But that window with the detailed information seems to not be accessible. But hopefully, maybe somebody knows more about this or has had better luck with it. Oh yes, and then after it takes you to whatever it found, you need to alt tab to get back to spybot and often this leads to a focus issue for me. In the help, it says that clicking on any problem will cause a popup window to appear with a detailed description of the spyware and what it does. However unless I'm missing something, if this window is indeed appearing, it must be completely inaccessible to Jaws. How receptive are the Spybot folks to feedback re; accessibility? It would seem that they care enough to at least put in the effort, misguided as it has been up until now. I don't know why there should have to be an entirely separate interface for Blind users, but what makes matters more interesting is that even that interface doesn't seem to be particularly accessible. Thanks in advance for any info regarding the detailed descriptions window. --Al ----- Original Message ----- From: "james hooper" <aradioman@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, June 15, 2004 7:40 PM Subject: **SPAM: Re: spybot 1.3 problem > but do you have speech if youboot in to safe mode? > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Sin" <DanOzuna@xxxxxxxxxxx> > To: <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> > Sent: Tuesday, June 15, 2004 5:42 PM > Subject: Re: spybot 1.3 problem > > > > Debbie > > > > I couldn't find "select all" either.
