I found this information at the spybot site on the improvements in 1.3:
In addition to a larger database, speedier scan and many fixed bugs,
an important part is named TeaTimer which is the new on-access protection
part of Spybot-S&D.
You asked my personal thoughts, well I wouldn't feel comfortable continuing
to run an outdated version (1.2).

As far as I know, you can no longer download any updates for 1.2, so in
effect we are being forced to upgrade to 1.3.

Debbie, what are your thought on updating to the 1.3? I am using the 1.2 I
also have spywaare guard and spyware blaster running on my system. Does 1.3
do a lot better and more complete scan the 1.2?
