Hope someone can help. I cannot get to the desktop list, nor can I use my
windows key to get to start menu on some occasions. I use jaws 6 or 6.20
with XP home. There is some kind of replay center thing in my system tray
that I can't remove no matter what I do, and when I'm in the sys tray or
trying to work on getting rid of this and other icons jaws keeps saying
context menu and nothing else. Escaping won't get me out of this annoying
context menu. Then when trying to simply go to desktop or start menu jaws
will not give me my desktop icons or start menu programs list. Windows d
doesn't help either, as I've heard you can sometimes get it to go to list
when windows m won't. Has anyone run across this and how can I stop this
repeat of context menu and this inability to use my windows key for either
desktop or start menu? Thanks.
