I would be interested to know what OCR Webvism uses to solve the captcha. It
has always been accurate for me. If we could grab the captcha graphic and
perform the OCR ourselves we would be alot further ahead. I believe even the
webvism solution has issues because some of the new ones are asking you to just
type in the blue characters not the whole string sort of thing.
Does anyone know whether they have found a way around this one?

You know. It will be a great feature if captcha solution could be added to
jaws. That would make jaws a step beyond what the competition offers. Also, it
will add value to our money. In fact, I will trade research it (even though I
use it a lot) for that little widget.

Dave,
Unfortunately, unless the situation has changed recently, there is no human
being at the end of the process. The gentleman who was doing the solving
became ill, and the service is not functioning. It would be worth checking
from time to time though to see if it becomes available again.

Hina,
Go to the site and read all about it. There is a human being at the other end
of the process.
