RE: setting synthesizer language

That's weird. I tried that one the other day and had the same problem. I'm
using jaws 11.

Hi, all,
    This one has me completely stumped. I copied and pasted an opera 
libretto in German into a wordpad document as a .txt file. I set the 
language in JAWS to German as I've done a zillion times. But when I switched

to this document and tried to read it, JAWS read the German as though it 
were English.
    Any idea what's going on?
