Dennis,

I have it and JFW works fine with it.
I elected to use my Norton Firewall instead of XP's, as it is still more
comprehensive. But, the XP firewall is easily configurable now, as compared
to the original. The pop-up blocker is in Internet Explorer or Internet
Options, on the privacy page.

If you are using a firewall, you'll find that after you install SP2, you'll
get dialoged again on programs you've already permitted. This is because
Microsoft wants to make sure every user knows which programs are accessing the
internet, so it starts from a clean slate.
