Hi,

If you have more than one account in outlook express and want to send a 
message from one of the accounts and that account is not the one specified 
as the default, what you have to do is after beginning a new message, press 
shift+tab from the to field and arrow down to the account you want to send 
from, tab to the to field and type in the address you want to send to.  This 
also works with forward and reply.
