I just read your email about help ballons and have exactly the same problem.
It takes twice as long to start my computer because there are files waiting to
be written to the CD drive, but I can't do them at all.
If you do make a suggestion to Freedom Scientific, may be you could let me know
and I will do the same.
One more thing I have difficulty with is where and how to download music to cd.
Can you help at all?
