Hi Cy,
While in the Outlook Express main window,
mine says, screen refreshed.
While reading a message, mine says screen updated.
I'm thinking they are pretty much the same thing.

I guess that the title says it all. When I am looking at the subject of
any of my E-mails, I can hit insert escape and it will say, screen
refreshed. But if I'm in the body of an E-mail that I'm reading and I
hit insert escape, it says screen updated. Any difference? Just
