Dancingdots.com is the place to go if you want software for reading,  writing 
or recording music. You can also get books to learn to read Braille. The  
software is not free, but it's a great company, and the only people out there  
doing it. Their products are made to work with Jaws. I think you'll find all 
the 
 things you asked for at their website, but it won't be free
