Hi Patricia. I got my
computer 2 months ago and was really wondering what was causing my problem.
Today, I found out that the problem I've been having isn't a Jaws issue.
What you need to do most likely is change your regional and language
settings. I had a friend over today and we changed mine from English
Canadian to English United States. That fixed my problem. I'm not sure where
you live but that's my advice, to change your regional and language
settings. I wish you the best of luck.

I saw the accent signs in this person's message. I'm having the same issue
but didn't think it was a JAWS problem... has your operating system been
installed overtop of another without the computer being reformated fully?
