say all with sappy 5 voices

Sometimes when I do a say all with jfw 8 the sappy 5 voice will be way down low 
and I have to quit jaws and restart jaws to get it speaking at the normal 
volume again.  Has anybody experienced this?  If so, is there a way to 
eliminate that?  Thanks.
