Troy,

This is easy.  I use this option to save email messages.

While the outlook message is open, call up the file menu with the alt key.
Cursor down to the "save as" option.  Hit the enter key.  You will get a
dialog box.  You may change the file name if you wish.  Tab to the save as
selection and cursor down to the tst option.  Tab to save and hit enter.  If
you wish, you can change the folder much like you can in Microsoft Word.
