Hmmmmmm I just used alt+r to reply to this I am using JAWS7.0 and 7.1.5 MS Office 2003 And did an Alt+S to send a blank reply to list And the original email that I replied to was open after I sent off the email As I have always done. Either this method is an acceptable way of doing this, as I have always done it this way or I have a custom made program by FS or You didn't try it on your machine before you replied. I skin my cat left to right, obviously you skin right to left and ya know what they say.... You can lead a donkey to water but they will huff and puff and live happily ever after. Let me ask you this, do you open an email, then decide to reply to it using the Alt+R key combo and when you are done composing the reply to the email you use Alt+s to send it and then hear that message from JAWS? Think real hard, if the answer is yes it is because you still have the original email message open that you had before you elected to reply to the message. You never closed the email message and JAWS is letting you know the message is still open! If not, then It isn't clear what you are posting here HTH, Bob --------------------------------------------------------------------- Eliminate annoying spam!
