Hi,
It occurs to me that there may still be some JAWS users who have older
versions (pre wonderful on line activation) and who have a floppy disk with
"keys" on it. In this case then you can remove the authorization kay and
place it back on the floppy thus renewing the key count.
Now, there may also be some JAWS users who have no idea what a "floppy - 3
1/2 inch disk is).

Wonder if there are a couple circles of communication going on here, causing

confusion. SO I'll attempt to add even more confusion, or perhaps with some
luck clear up the confusion.

1. As George said, you can remove your activation and thereby bring your
activations up by one digit. However what George did not say was that your
version of JAWS would then run in 40-minute demo mode.

2. So after you remove your activation from JAWS, you would then uninstall
it.

End result is that you have removed a version of JAWS, but have also
restored your activation count.

Chris also pointed out that if you do remove JAWS whether you remove the
activation first, or not, there is no way that Freedom Scientific knows
you've done so. Just the same as Freedom Scientific does not know if you've
used up all your activations. There's no monitoring or automatic system
check (Big Brother is watching you!) to change anything in St. Petersburg
Florida.

Hi.
Yes you can reactivate on the same computer so long as the locking code
has not changed.
