RE: regarding quickbooks and vista and scripts

Hello, There  is a lot of interest in getting Quickbooks scripted. There
are lots of people on multiple listss that I know  that have requested this
from Freedom Scientific, but FS has turned a death ear ot it.  The fact that
quickbooks can be accessible with JAWS, there  r lots of potential
oppurtunities out there . Then you got a lot of people who are really
interested across multiple JAWS lists.    I even know of lots of people who
are blind and own businesses  and who are JAWS vendors and never could
figured out how to use Quickbooks since it was to hard to use since it was
never accessible with JAWS, and if they had this package then they would be
more efficient with their time and with their books  as well.  I even have
two vendors who would be paying me to train more nad more blidn users to
train on quickbooks but I told them I don't havea script otat hemoment and
if idid I would take them up on the offer na would getmroe blind people
interested in the area of managing he books an Quickbooks with JAWS. There
aare lots of different oppurtunties out there  it just now needs to be
scripted . if I could understand the basic concepts of scripting and then if
there  are people out therett that can get the script to quickbooks and then
from there on learning and tweeking the script would be a bit  easier to do.
Since you could see how  the script works an then  enhance upon the script.
I would really appreciate this. And whatever profits I generate  from the
fact hat I would consult nad tdo quickbooks from their own I  would donate
to any sort of jaws repository  since the repository is not up and annd is
coming up as not found when doing a google search for it Also I recall of a
bunch of people who signed your petition  to get Quickbooks accessible with
JAWs, who wanted to use it but could not since it is not scripted or it is
not accessible in the form of easy manipulation of the product with JAWs. I
would appreciate this to be scripted please, please you would generate a lot
of interest then another bbarrior to accessible accounting application would
be open up to the mmasses of JAWS users out there  who are interested in
managing their finance and their books an etc since the product has all kind
of financial and accounting management application an that  is why lots of
small busines users  who are sighted use it but the blind  business
professionals are not able ot acces it with JAWS.  If I really had
programming background I would have done this sooner but unfortunetly I
don't and I have stuck to the accounting side since I have a very good keen
for the number and can do the books very well. but excel is limited in what
it can do an the next level is Quickbooks but Freedom Scientifi has no
interest in getting intuit to cooperate  to develop accessibility hooks into
he product for screenreader technologies like JAWS.  So now the script needs
to be developed and hopefully tht will show the fact aht her are users of
quickbooks to intuit folks.
