real player and incarta

Hi all, I tried to use the control plus r to respond to a post from Norma about 
jfw and real player. I got some kind of message from in carta whoever they are 
telling me I had left something out of the message. It did not show up on the 
list so I guess it got stalled somewhere. I have no idea what is wrong as I use 
the control r all the time. Any help, and also I received no answer to my 
message last night regarding how to set punctuation with jfw 4.02. Thanks, David
