Re: read whole numbers does not read decimals via control insert left/ right arrows

If this is in Word, then it's a Word issue, and not JAWS.  Word's cursor
movement, regardless if you are reading control left or right arrow or
insert left or right arrow, is to stop at all punctuation points.

So the following two sentences read the same way.

I like apple pie.
I bought a shirt for $23.95 and it is blue.
