Over the last day or so, by the looks of it, that problem has effected
parts of the internet as a whole and not just the listserver. Messages sent
to some addresses, like the JFw list, were returned with bounce errors.
These messages never made it to the listserver in most cases. Subsequently
as part of this netwide problem I was unable to check this address for the
better part of today and last night. the fact that I can now reply to your
emails is a sign that whatever the problem was, it is at the very least on
its way to being solved. Any further questions or issues on this matter
should be directed to me off-list at the admin address, which is available
to everyone at the bottom of every post sent to the list.
