I just got this out of my notes about the BCC field. Judith
When you are composing a new message or replying to one, open the view menu

and down arrow to all headers. If your screen-reader doesn't say checked,

press enter. The menu will close, all headers will be checked and the bcc

  field will now be shown.

In a message you are sending, type alt v for views and then arrow down to
BCC field and hit enter to check it. let us know if that doesn't work.

Are you getting to the address book from a new or reply message by
using the 'To' or CC button?

If you go into the address book you will see 'To', 'CC' and ;'BCC'
buttons once you've selected a recipient.
I've noticed that once you've selected a BCC addressee once, the
BCC button remains on the 'blank' message creation screen until Outlook is
closed down.
