problems with incoming messages

Hy.
I'm using the newest jaws 5.1 with servis pack 2 on winxp pro. In windows 
messenger, when i'm chatting with someone, after a few messages, jaws stopps 
announcement of the incoming messages and it just reads blank. If i go back 
with shift tab or if i press alt+2, i can hear the last message. Anyone 
knows what's hte problem?
