the following should fix this problem.
Some of these settings are document specific so if a file is not beaing read
properly recheck the settings.
first make sure word is maximized. (alt+space x then ALT+- x)
Make sure the view is set to normal in the view menu
set the zoom to 75 percent.

YES WHEN MOVING UP OR DOWN WITH ARROW KEYS LINES ARE REPEATED, OR IT WILL
APPEAR THAT THERE AR TWO BLANK LINES WHEN THERE IS REALLY ONLY ONE BLANK
LINE. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING AND TIME CONSUMING.

Hi Sandra,
Where are you experiencing this problem? Please be as specific as
possible.
Are you saying that you arrow up and down thru a document and certain
lines repeat themselves?
Is jaws saying "blank" when it encounters a blank line while arrowing up
and down, doing a say all, or what?
Try and give us some more information so that we may help you with your
problem.

I have installed jaws 9 and I am having trouble with jaws repeating lines
or blank lines. Have any suggestions on how to fix this?
