No, it's not turned off. I also have JAWS 8 and IE 7. My other web pages 
work fine. Weird. I'll keep trying. Thanks.

The site works fine for me with JFW8 and IE7.  You probably have
Indicate Element Attributes turned off in your configuration manager,
because the links are properly identified as clickable and
OnMouseOver.  I hit enter on the Stories link and it worked.
