Hi Judith. Could you please check the ms word view settings in both word documents - the original andd the saved doc - and could you please provide us with these. Is the view menu setting normal, web, page or reading? From my point of view, the best reading mode in word is given by the 3rd option (page - I check this menu setting before reading a doc). The 4th option causes always problems particularly during scrolling or in jaws insert + down arrow mode. Outlook and Word react differently to jaws sometimes. I've also put the attachments into a word document and found no problem.
