playing DVDs in Windows Vista, solved

Hi Zaheer and everyone else that's tried to help with this,
After an extended conversation with Dell and them getting on my machine, it 
was determined that I had a defective drive.  Sorry for all the messages and 
trouble, but I just thought I'd let you guys know the outcome of all of 
this.  Thanks very much for your help.
