Hi,
To turn off the feature of outlook express that groups messages into
conversations:
1. Hit alt+V for the view menu
2. The first choice should be 'current view sub menu'. Hit enter on that.
3. Up arrow one time and you should hear 'group messages by conversations'.
4. If this is checked then it is turned on, if it is not then the feature is
turned off. Just hit enter on that option to check it or uncheck it.
