Hello Alicia;

have your friend try;

1, while in outlook express, press alt+v for view, and press the letter L
for layout.

2, now tab and make sure that folder list is checked.

3, now tab to the ok button and enter.

now your friend should hear the different folder names.

Subject: outlook express question?

Hello, Everyone:

A friend of mine has a problem with her outlook express. When she press'
control y to switch from one folder to another the names of the folders are
not spoken. If she arrows up and down through this list it says folder list
1 of 5 instead of inbox and continues that way down the list. How can I get
JAWS to say what the name of the folder is whether it be inbox, outbox,
deleted items, drafts or sent items?

Thanks for the help,
Alicia
