Re: open book seven

I often have to reboot before using Openbook also.  I have an Epson 
scanner, and the problem is more likely after I have used my printer--both 
are USB.

As for the speed of scanning, be sure that under settings, scanning 
settings, contrast is set to normal, not automatic.
