Hi Alicia,
there's no need to configure JAWS in any special way to read newspapers online.
Just go to the paper's website. Each newspaper's website is organized
differently, so your first visit will require you to go carefully through the
home page to find sections of interest. After that, it's mostly a question of
following links. If you indicate which paper or papers interest you, someone
on the list might have more specific tips.

Does anyone know how to configure JAWS to read newspapers on-line. My son is
in the newspaper this morning and I really want to read the article. I am not
even sure if this can be done but thought I would enquire.
