online backup service using JAWS

Does anyone have experience trying to use online backup with JAWS?
I tried the Carbonite trial and am not sure if it is me or if it is not too
good for using JAWS.
The backed up files and folders have supposedly have some sort of icon or
something, but I'm not finding it with JAWS 11, or on my other system using
JAWS 10. And both of these pc's are using XP for operating system.
If this is not a good online service for using a screen reader, does anyone
have another to recommend?
