There's nothing that Norton, or any of the other anti-virus web sites, can do.
It is not a virus issue. Without knowing exactly what was done to activate the
process, I'd say it was an online phishing scam rather than a virus. Norton
doesn't list it nor does McAfee's database of virus threats.
The best route here is to go through the bank's fraud division, contact the
police and keep accurate records as to what happened, step by step.
