     Cy!  DEC Access 32 or Access 32 is the software version of the DEC-Talk
voice.  The cost was $200.00 or so until two years ago when it was slashed
to $75.00.  Access 32 comes free with Window Eyes as one of the optional
voices.  If purchased from Freedom Scientific then Access 32 works only with
JAWS if purchased anywhere else it works with JAWS and everything else.
