Re: not deleting messages

This could be JAWS-related because when you press Delete to delete a message in 
Outlook Express, it calls a script.  If this script doesn't work for some 
reason, your message doesn't get deleted.  As someone pointed out, Control+d 
works when Delete doesn't.  This is because Control+d is an Outlook Express key 
combination and doesn't call a script.

  Just for kicks, try this: While in the list of messages, hit alt E and then Y 
and Y again to rid yourself of deleted messages.

    I can't move messages to the deleted messages folder, but I can move them 
to other folders. I tried emptying the deleted messages folder and it won't 
work either.
