Hi,
I  can give you a phone number at Symantec besidesthe main phone number.
Because I need a backed-up harddrive,I found myself  having to buy Ghost 9
which  is semi-usable but that is better than no back up at all.
Write me off list andI will try to help.
These  numbers areU. S.   numbers and  the best I have been offered is a
call back in the next 5 days.
Several of us are  also trying to use consumer pressure on Ahead Software
and I have those  phone numbers.
JAWS  works great if applications are written with standard Windows
controls that is for JAWS to work on.
