new jaws 9.05

I installed my new jaws 9, and in word 2003, and email, it speaks the
letters as you type them, but can't read back anything in word format. has
anyone experienced this?
Otherwise, the net is fine, all menues are read fine, its just when you
enter into word, it won't do a say all. in fact, if you do say line, it says
nothing at all.
