Hi Chip,
What is your e-mail address to send this too?  I don't know if it is just 
the way that OE does things or the way that I have it set up since I just 
started using it but I can't find your e-mail address.  Smile.

I believe the problem is that the file *is* already a protected form; if
you'll send it to me (make the file extension .xxx so it will get past
our anti-virus filters), I'll have a look and tell you.
