Hi Troy and all:
I tried downloading this PDF file, then saving it as a txt file. When I
did that and opened it witn notepad, all I got were about three or four
blank lines. This document is an image PDF, meaning that it was scanned
and stored as an image file of some sort. I tried using Kurzweil 1000
Version 9.0 to open this file and thus, perform OCR on it but all I got
was one page of information and it didn't OCR very well. Your best bet
may be to call the station to see if they can send you a text copy, or
bring up the file in adobe, print it out, and scan it back in using
something like K1000 or Open Book.

There is a cool program on the blind programming site called pdf to txt.
It is free and pretty efficient. You could email me the file and I will
convert it using a different program if you want.
