You can not do this to my knowledge because msn need 7.x to get on the
network.

In versions of MSN before 7.0 you used to be able to tell MSN not to run
in 
the background.  This would keep it out of the system tray.  I don't see
the 
option on version 7.5.  So you would need to run the older version 6.2
to be 
able to do this.
