msn messenger issue?

hi everyone. i'm having a weird problem with msn messenger 6.2. i'm running
windows xp with sp1. Well, I'll be reading a conversation with my jaws
cursor, and it'll jump to the top of my screen and when I arrow down, I'll
see my menu bar. I have to root jaws to pc in order to get it to work
right. This first started when I installed jfw 6.10 last night. So, I
uninstalled that, and messenger, reinstalled messenger, and now I have the
same issue running jfw 6.0. I installed messenger on my laptop running jfw
5.0, and have the same issue. Anyone have any suggestions? this is anoying me.
