hi well if you pres shift+alt+f12 twice jaws should then say contacts will
be annouced when they sign in! hope this helps.

I have jaws 7.0 and windows xp, and the latest version of msn, as far as I
know. How can I turn on the alerts button, to let me know when other people
have signed on? People have done it that can see, but it always goes away,
