Try this to see if it will work in your case as it did in mine.
Run MSCONFIG.
 in the startup tab, look for the item "/l:eng". Uncheck that one. Click =
OK
to close msconfig and restart your computer. After restart and windows co=
mes
up, msconfig will display a dialog box. Click don't show this message aga=
in
and click ok.
