Hello:
I think On Mouse Over links have to do with something visual. Generally, when
a sighted person puts his mouse on a link like that and does a fancy movement,
something visual happens or changes. Generally you can just ignore these as
they rarely mean anything for a blind person.

  Subject: mouse over link

  Hi everyone,
I just installed JAWS 5.0, and what is this mouse over link I here in
internet explorer. If I knew what it was, I could decide if I liked it or not.
Is there a way to turn it off.

  Thanks in advance,
  Karen
