mouse click keys on laptop layout?

Hello, well for some reason the key combination capls lock eight and caps
lock nine don't click the mouse on my laptop. Instead, caps lock eight
brings up one of the managers, and caps lock nine brings up another of those
managers, like the frame manager or keyboard manager. Is something wrong
here? I use the laptop layout on my desktop so that I can use both the caps
lock and the numpad insert, and have the best of both worlds, but on the
laptop there is no numpad. I've just started using Windows 7 a few minutes
ago, and I need to be able to click the mouse with the keyboard. Any
suggestions? I'm of course using Jaws 10 at this point.
Thanks a lot.
Matthew
